The pool is open all year round. Directly in front of the pool, a beautiful shaded pergola draped with fragrant climbing jasmine provides a romantic setting with outdoor tables and chairs. Adjacent to the pool, guests will find a bathroom with 2 showers and a decorative stepped fountain. The estate offer several farmhouses turned into nice apartments and surrounded by splendid olive groves and vineyards. The apartments La Selva 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 are approx. 50 m from the swimming-pool away, La Selva 6 approx. 100 m away. All of the 6 apartments are furnished in rustic and cozy style.
The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Malmantile with food shops 4 km away, Lastra a Signa with all kinds of shops 5 km, Florence (airport) 18 km away, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 45 km, Pisa (airport) 65 km away, Siena approx. 75 km.

The residence is equipped with a central heating system. Heating is available from 1 November to 21 March and is included in the rental cost during this period. For stays falling between 22 March and 31 October, heating is available but must be paid on the spot. Parking is available directly on the premises at no additional inconvenience to guests. A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding area comfortably. The property is particularly well suited for families. Please be aware that the owner does not accept youth groups. The neighbourhood is described as highly sensitive to noise, and guests are therefore expected to maintain quietness and good behaviour throughout their stay. The wearing of bathing caps is obligatory when using the swimming pool. A bus stop is located just 100 metres from the property, offering convenient access to local transport links.

The property can sleep up to 30 guests comfortably in 15 bedrooms with 15 bathrooms. La Rimessa is located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano.
LA RIMESSA is composed by 3 independent houses (Casa Padronale, Casa Marcello and Il Fienile), plus a 3rd building, Fornace, containing 2 apartments: Fornace 1+ Fornace 2.
In case the 5 units are booked together a group of 30 would have the exclusive use of the property; the unit Casa Padronale has a large veranda, good for communal dining; also its kitchen is large.
Each unit offers private patio or garden, BBQ.
A five-a-side football pitch with artificial grass and a paddle court (illuminated so also possible to play at night) are available to the guests.

Upon arrival at La Rimessa you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property with views of the lake and the hills perfect for a relaxing vacation in Tuscany. The owners of Borgo Mulignone live on site and are available to guests for any problems or to recommendations for activities and places to visit.
The strategic location of the property allows guests not only to enjoy nature and the Tuscan Countryside, but also to easily reach the most beautiful cities of the Region such as Siena, Arezzo, Florence and the characteristic villages of San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, Casole d'Elsa and the whole Chianti area.
At guests' disposal: large green areas, three swimming pools of which one is very large (20 x 10 m - maximum depth 1.4 m), a smaller one (10 x 5 m - maximum depth 1 m) and a smaller one equipped with a corner with hydromassage (8 x 5 m - maximum depth 1 m), barbecue, outdoor area with children's games, internet connection via wi-fi. Each apartment has a private outdoor area equipped with a gazebo, table and chairs for outdoor dining, access to the property is via a section of unpaved road of about 700 m in good condition. Parking is available inside the property. Shared laundry (payment on the spot). Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available outside the apartments.
Distances: Pievescola with food shops at 3 km, Casole d'Elsa with all kinds of shops at 15 km, the medieval town of San Gimignano approx. at 20 km, Monteriggioni approx. at 10 km, Siena is at about 20 km.
