Villa Cappuccini is a beautiful villa situated about 1 km from the characteristic medieval village of Castiglion Fiorentino, it is not always necessary to use the car to get around, but you can take a short walk to the village to get a cappuccino, an ice cream or dine in one of the typical restaurants.
All around the house there is a large garden of about 6.000 m2 partially fenced in where it will be exciting to organize delicious barbecues in the cool gazebo furnished with table and chairs, adjacent to the beautiful fenced swimming pool (size 5x10 m - depth 1,40 - 2,00 m) and a large solarium equipped with sunbeds, deckchairs and sun umbrellas. Villa Saida is built respecting the traditions of Tuscany, using materials available in the area, like wooden beams and rafters handcrafted on local walnut.
