The annex, separated from the main building by a portico, is divided into 3 independent units — 2 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor, accessible via an external staircase on one side of the building. Every unit comprises a living room with kitchenette and lounge area with satellite TV, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and a bathroom with shower.
