A beautiful villa born from the skilful and refined renovation of an old manor house built at the end of the 19th century and situated in a panoramic position on a hilltop overlooking Lake Chiusi. Villa Poggio Falcone is located on the edge of interesting tourist itineraries dedicated to the discovery of the Etruscans and nature. The town of Chiusi is only 7 km away, while Castiglione del Lago and Lake Trasimeno are 13 km away.
A few tens of metres from the villa is the 'Sentiero della Bonifica' (Land Reclamation Path), an interesting pedestrian-cycling route that connects Arezzo to Chiusi along the Canale Maestro della Chiana. The villa is divided into two independent apartments, one of which is inhabited by the owner.
The characteristic village of San Feliciano is 1.5 km away and can be reached by a short walk.
