The private swimming pool is positioned 15 metres from the villa, accessible via the lawn in front of the portico. The pool is non-heated, rectangular in shape, and measures 9 by 4 metres, with a constant depth of 1.4 metres. It features salt purification, internal lighting, Roman steps, and a geyser at the shallow end. The surrounding travertine pool terrace is equipped with sunbeds and adjustable umbrellas, creating an ideal sunbathing and relaxation area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Guests must communicate the number, size, and breed of their animals before arrival to obtain approval. The rental rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, gas for kitchen use and hot water, as well as weekly linen changes and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The property also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. Parking for electric vehicles is available on the property, with charging possible based on consumption.
