The first apartment welcomes guests into a living room furnished with sofas and armchairs, a dining room with table and chairs, and a fully equipped kitchen providing all necessary amenities. This apartment represents the largest communal area, ideal for the full group to gather together. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, you will find 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, and a large bathroom with shower. The second apartment, also accessed from the ground floor, features a living room, a large fully equipped kitchen with a dining table that can accommodate up to 10 people, 1 bathroom with shower, and a laundry room. On the first floor of this apartment, there are 2 double bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. The villa is equipped with air conditioning, which is included in the rental price, along with a dishwasher, washing machine, and satellite TV. Heating is available and metered separately. The owner resides approximately 500 meters from the villa, ensuring that guests enjoy full privacy and exclusive use of the entire estate, including the pool, while remaining readily available to assist with any requests. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. The minimum stay is 1 week, and during high season bookings run from Saturday to Saturday. A late check-in after 7:00 PM until 11:30 PM is available, and check-in later than 11:30 PM must be arranged in advance and may require additional fees. A refundable security deposit of 500 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charges in the event of damage.
