Villa Celeste is a comfortable apartment situated on the first floor of villa build by Celeste, founder of the family, in the '60 of last century and has been recently restored.
The owners often live in another part of the house with independent entrance.
There is a beautiful garden with flowers, plants, palms; chairs, deck-chairs, table, gazebo - here you can have a rest and taste fine home-made wine.
Villa Celeste has a barbecue, a wood oven for baking pizzas, bread etc.

There are lovely views on the mountains and the valley below from the windows and the garden, it is an excellent way to go for a walk or in mountain-bike. We have olive-wood in the hills too, and we obtain extra virgin biologic oil. We also grow vegetables and fruits. On request it is possible to cook with these products typical dishes of the Lucca area.

We are located in beautiful Tuscany, in Capannori, less than 1 hour from the beaches of Versilia (Viareggio and Forte dei Marmi) and 15 minutes from Lucca and Pisa.
Rustico Chiasso is perfect for a relaxing vacation, and cultural one for visiting all the cities of Tuscany.
The holiday apartment is located in a small side street of Capannori, very quiet with little traffic, yet only minutes from supermarkets and all shops you need.
The entrance is very rustic with a gate and held up by stone walls.
Upon entering, you will find yourself in front of the large garden of over 2000 square meters.
On the right after the entrance there is a parking space, but you can also park in front of the house.
The apartment is located in the restored country house on the left and the owners live on the right, who will be at your disposal during your stay.
Next to the house you will find a table with umbrella and chairs.
The garden and the entrance is shared with the owners but the swimming pool is private for guests.
The pool area, which is located in front of the house, is completely new and only accessible to guests. They are available umbrellas and chairs.
Near the swimming pool (open from May to September) is also a hot water shower.
Opposite the pool is a small little house for only the Owners or can hold up to 2 additional people for an extra cost.
On the back instead a small relaxation area with armchairs.

Holiday Home La Melia is located on the hills of Pistoia near Buggiano and not far from Montecatini Terme in Tuscany.
Nestled in a beautiful Farm run by mother and daughter made up of three houses and a wonderful pool. Two holiday homes (The Melia and Berso) are rented, while the large central house is of the owners who will be on site and available to customers over the weekend.
The location offers unique views across the valley from holiday home, from the pool and from the steps leading to it and offers a rest assured vacation being away from the city.
The property is very large. It is reached from the main road passing by about 500 meters of dirt road (not suitable for too low cars, sport or large ones) reaching the gate.
From here you directly reach the private parking space close to the holiday home and going up a few stairs to reach the house and the front door.
It is located about 20 meters from the main house with a beautiful lawn that divides them.
La Melia offers guests a covered porch on the right side with dining table, BBQ and panoramic views.
On the left, there is another porch, very private, covered and protected by ivy.
From here the view of the valley is wonderful.
The second house, about 90 meters is located just below and is completely independent.
The pool shared by the two houses is located about 100 meters behind the main house on a terrace with panoramic views. Here guests have sunbeds, umbrellas, a cabin to store their belongings and a shower.
The pool measures 8 x 4 meters and is 1.5 meters deep, open from May to September.

The owners ‘villa is located within the grounds of Magia 2; the chapel i.e. the holiday home Magia 2 is detached on the back of the owners’ villa. The holiday home disposes of an independent access to the house within an outdoor area which is equipped with a table, chairs und barbeque for your fine dining al fresco.
About 20 m away from your holiday home within the owners’big garden there is an amazing swimming pool, which is entirely set in earth (16x6 m, 10 cm – 3 m deep), access through an electrical gate. The swimming pool is at the guests’ complete disposal from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. (after that time it is used by the owners). Children can use inflatable mattress and inflatable animals to play in the swimming pool, which is perfectly safe since in the initial part the water is very shallow. The swimming pool area is equipped with deckchairs, beach beds, and veranda with table, chairs and swing, utility bathroom, two cabins to be used as changing rooms, fridge, and external shower with hot/cold water. In front of the swimming pool, there is also a big lawn (1000 sqm).
