The surrounding sunbathing area, finished in porphyry stone, extends to a soft lawn equipped with comfortable sunbeds and 2 shady gazebos. An outdoor cold-water shower and external lighting complete the pool area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

On the upper floor, there is a living room, a kitchen, 2 double bedrooms, and a twin bedroom with joinable beds, served by a bathroom with a hydromassage tub and a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
Annex 1 is arranged on a single floor and comprises a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with joinable beds served by a bathroom with a hydromassage shower.
Annex 2, situated adjacent to Annex 1, features a living room with fireplace, a kitchen, a double bedroom with joinable beds served by a bathroom with a hydromassage shower, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, the latter being suitable for guests with reduced mobility. Each kitchen throughout the property is fully equipped with an electric oven, a cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator.
