It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Surrounding the pool, a stone-paved solarium is furnished with comfortable sunbeds and deck chairs shaded by umbrellas, and an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water is available for your convenience. A pergola fitted with comfortable sofas invites you to linger with a glass of Tuscan red wine or lose yourself in a good book, wrapped in total silence and greenery. On the north side of the house, a shaded outdoor dining area sits adjacent to the kitchen and is equipped with a built-in barbecue, setting the scene for unforgettable al fresco meals. A second outdoor living area, sheltered by a gazebo and furnished with a dining table, offers yet another spot to savour the unique peace of this remarkable setting. The Tower was inhabited in the 15th century by the cartographer Paolo Toscanelli dal Pozzo, who had a decisive influence on Christopher Columbus’ decision to sail west in search of the East Indies.
Inside is an equipped kitchen with fireplace, a single bedroom, a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet.

It is lined in walnut-coloured travertine and features salt purification, steps for water access on one of the short sides, and an internal spotlight.
