Villa Maggiorana accommodates a maximum of 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, distributed between the main house and 2 independent apartments located at a lower level. The main house is arranged over 2 floors. On the ground floor, past a small hallway with a guest bathroom, you will find a dining room furnished with a dining table and a pellet stove, connected to a fully equipped kitchen with a central island. French windows in both the living room and the kitchen open onto a panoramic terrace of approximately 50 square metres, perfectly suited for outdoor dining. This floor also features a double bedroom complete with a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with shower and whirlpool tub, as well as a dedicated laundry room. A wood and iron staircase leads from the living room to the upper floor, where a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a further double bedroom are located, both enjoying access to a panoramic terrace and served by a shared bathroom with shower. The 2 apartments, each of approximately 60 square metres, are reached by descending a cement path from the main building to the intermediate terrace situated between the main house and the swimming pool.
