Between the house and the swimming pool, a large gazebo furnished with tables and chairs provides an ideal setting for outdoor dining while taking in the panoramic views at sunset. The non-heated swimming pool is fenced and positioned in a particularly scenic location, approximately 20 metres from the house, reached by steps leading down from the property. The pool measures 7.50 x 15 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.20 to 1.70 metres. Its border is finished in terracotta and the lining is in PVC, with Roman steps leading gracefully into the water. The pool area is well equipped with a gazebo, deckchairs, sun loungers, chairs, and umbrellas, creating a comfortable and inviting outdoor retreat. The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Both the kitchen and the living room offer direct access to the garden, further blurring the boundary between interior comfort and outdoor living. This property consists of "Villa Ulivi" and the annex "Casina" and are rented as one property. If your group is eight or less and you don't need the annex "La Casina" it will not be rented during your stay so the property remains private for your group only.
The property, thanks to its spacious interiors and its large exteriors, guarantees a pleasure and safe stay. All the areas, including the swimming pool, are carefully sanitized and sterilized for the health and tranquility of guests.

You will be guided to learn the secrets for cooking italian dishes, expecially the one's of the tuscan tradition: You will learn how to make pasta with your hands like tagliatelle, pappardelle, pici, ravioli, tortellini and maccheroni, traditional tuscan dishes like panzanella using bread and vegetables (cucumber tomatoes, onions and fresh basil), tuscan crostini, the secrets to cook perfectly our chianina t-bone on bbq and traditional italian desserts like tiramisu' and "panna cotta" with strawberries and chocolate.
