This property is situated on the hills surrounding Volterra and enjoys amazing views of the Tuscan landscape. All of the 6 units have been recently restored and are furnished in a rustic Tuscan style. The well-groomed outside areas provide gazebos, nice paths, fruit trees and a large pool with open-air shower and sun-beds. The property owners, who are very friendly people, live only a short distance away.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Volterra con general stores 10 km away, the beautiful medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Pisa (airport) approx. 60 km away, Florence approx. 70 km away.
The beaches of Cecina are in a 1-hour drive.

The outdoor spaces of Villa Beltramonto are a true extension of the villa's gracious hospitality, spread across approximately 5,000 square metres of hilly terrain that unfolds over 2 distinct terraces. The upper terrace is home to the south-facing swimming pool, a non-heated rectangular pool measuring 5 x 8 metres with a varying depth of 1.10 to 1.50 metres. Lined in sand-coloured PVC and equipped with salt purification, internal and external lighting, and Roman steps for water access, the pool is surrounded by a fenced sunbathing area paved in stone and furnished with shaded sunbeds. A large gazebo adjacent to the pool area has been elegantly appointed with a seating area and a poolside dining area, making it an ideal spot to enjoy the magical sunsets that have become one of the villa's most celebrated features. A cold-water shower is also available in this area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Approximately 40 metres from the house and accessible via a flight of steps, the pool area offers an open panoramic viewpoint over the surrounding countryside. The lower areas of the garden feature lawn sections, a rich variety of plants, aromatic herb bushes, and olive trees that frame the open landscapes visible from every side of the property. A charming gazebo with an outdoor dining area, a barbecue, a wood oven, and a ping pong table is set within this colourful and secluded spot.
