The manicured lawn provides a serene setting for relaxation, while the covered outdoor dining area, located just a few steps from the main building, is equipped with stone tables, benches and a barbecue, offering the perfect environment for long, leisurely meals and convivial evenings under the Tuscan sky. The rectangular swimming pool, which is non-heated, is positioned to the right of the entrance gate, approximately 10 metres from the house. It measures 12 by 6 metres, with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.06 metres, and features internal lighting as well as illumination from 2 lampposts surrounding the pool area. A dedicated sunbathing area is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a gazebo and a cold-water shower are also available for your comfort. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Villa Belvedere, 240 square meters on two floors, comfortably accommodates up to eight people and offers a marvelous view that sweeps from the valley of the Cecina mountains to the soffioni of Lardarello and the Chianti hills.
The entrance of the vacation villa, where a stone inscription testifies to the ancient origins of the building, dating back to the late 16th century, leads on one side to a large and bright fully equipped kitchen with adjoining dining room, and on the other to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom equipped with shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
From outside there is access to a laundry room.
On the second floor are two living areas with a large fireplace, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and two bathrooms with washbasin, toilet, and bidet, one of which has a bathtub/shower and the other a shower only.
Next to the holiday villa in Tuscany is a private swimming pool with umbrella and deck chairs, surrounded by a green area equipped with table, chairs and barbecue.

The expansive park is adorned with large areas of manicured lawn, bordered by carefully maintained hedges, and framed by vast stretches of wheat fields and centuries-old olive trees. Within the garden, guests are welcomed by a vibrant display of colourful flowers, while a dedicated corner planted with aromatic herbs invites you to gather fresh ingredients for preparing traditional dishes of Tuscan cuisine. Numerous shaded areas are scattered throughout the park, offering peaceful spots for rest and contemplation. Beneath a charming pergola and on the panoramic terrace, comfortable sofas and armchairs are arranged to allow you to fully appreciate the breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, so the appearance of the flowers and the colour of the grass may differ from what you find upon arrival, depending on the season of your visit.
The non-heated swimming pool is set within the park, just a short distance from the farmhouse, and overlooks a truly unique panorama. Rectangular in shape and measuring 8 x 16 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.40 to 2.50 metres, the pool is lined in sky-blue PVC with a travertine edge and features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and Roman steps along with an iron ladder in the deepest section for safe water access. The surrounding solarium area is paved in porphyry slabs and equipped with comfortable sunbeds, umbrellas, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October.
