The pool is open all year round. Directly in front of the pool, a beautiful shaded pergola draped with fragrant climbing jasmine provides a romantic setting with outdoor tables and chairs. Adjacent to the pool, guests will find a bathroom with 2 showers and a decorative stepped fountain. A stone-paved area connects the pool zone to the kitchen and living room entrance of the villa, where a pergola with jasmine, outdoor tables, chairs, and a mobile barbecue invites leisurely gatherings. Near the main entrance, a long table positioned beneath centuries-old oak trees offers a charming setting for al fresco lunches and dinners. The left wing contains 2 double bedrooms and an adjoining bathroom with shower. The right wing features 2 double bedrooms with walk-in closets, 1 bathroom with shower, and a small TV room with Smart TV, enriched by a collection of antique books. A furnished panoramic terrace on the second floor is accessed from the corridor through a French window. The annex, located approximately 20 meters from the main villa, is divided into 2 independent apartments. The ground floor apartment is entered on the right into a laundry room, and through another door into an open-plan living area with kitchenette, a 4-seater table, an 8-seater table, 2 sofas, a TV, and a fireplace. A door leads to the sleeping area, which includes a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, and a twin bedroom with joinable beds. The first floor apartment is accessed via an external staircase of 19 steps and opens directly into an open-plan living area with kitchenette, a 4-seater table, a 6-seater table, a chaise-longue, a corner sofa, and a TV. A small hallway leads to a double bedroom and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub.

Description
The Agriturismo Bevignano, at the centre of a thriving farm with 70 hectares of woodland and 1,200 silver olive trees, has ancient origins. They date back to 1600 when there was a monastery here, and you can still admire an ancient little church inside the property. This ancient village, located on the border between the provinces of Arezzo and Siena, nestled in the wooded hills north of Monte San Savino, still retains its architectural features that make it a place full of charm and history. You will feel as if catapulted into another century, in contact with nature and the simplicity of country life.

The property is divided into two stone buildings, which in turn are divided into four independent apartments. Casa Vana and Casa Linda and the house where the owners live are in the first farmhouse, and Casa Ghigo and Casa Gesuina are in the second farmhouse. Each apartment has an independent entrance and will have a private outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for your outdoor meals.
The owners, after a careful study of the origins and traditions of the place, have decided to keep the original core of the hamlet unaltered, enriching it with sober and essential finishes and furnishings, which will give you the opportunity to experience a holiday in contact with nature and the country lifestyle, together with the comforts of modern life.
The Agriturismo is located in an extremely scenic area, the view you will enjoy from your windows will remain etched in your memories for many years to come. On one side of the main house, directly in front of the living room French window, an outdoor dining area sheltered by a large umbrella and equipped with a stone barbecue invites al fresco meals in a setting of great charm. Adjacent to this, a covered portico provides a comfortable seating area with sofas and tables, ideal for relaxing in the shade. A second portico, romantically draped in jasmine, is situated on the terrace at first floor level, in front of the French window of one of the first floor bedrooms, offering a more intimate outdoor retreat. The non-heated swimming pool occupies the most panoramic position on the property, set on a terrace at a higher level than the houses and reached via a few flights of steps followed by a stone path. South-facing and rectangular with one infinity side, it measures 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 1.15 to 1.40 metres. Lined in PVC and bordered by travertine slabs that give way to a green lawn, the pool features 5 large steps for water access in one corner, chlorine purification, and internal lighting, with additional lighting in the surrounding area. The sunbathing area is furnished with umbrellas, small tables, comfortable sunbeds, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April.
