Holiday rental Il Sole Di Vino is a lovely property that includes WiFi internet, pool and air conditioning. The apartment has been divided into a total of five private units. This is a new complex of 4 Apartments for rent in Vinci, Tuscany.
The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

A gravel track leads from the entrance gate around the property and into a splendid park of approximately 2,000 square metres, where tall shady trees including cypresses, olives and oaks frame the house and its surroundings in natural elegance. The manicured lawn provides a serene setting for relaxation, while the covered outdoor dining area, located just a few steps from the main building, is equipped with stone tables, benches and a barbecue, offering the perfect environment for long, leisurely meals and convivial evenings under the Tuscan sky. The rectangular swimming pool, which is non-heated, is positioned to the right of the entrance gate, approximately 10 metres from the house. It measures 12 by 6 metres, with a depth ranging from 0.90 to 2.06 metres, and features internal lighting as well as illumination from 2 lampposts surrounding the pool area. A dedicated sunbathing area is furnished with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a gazebo and a cold-water shower are also available for your comfort. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Thanks to both internal and external lighting, the pool can also be enjoyed after dark. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. The stone-paved sunbathing area surrounding the pool is furnished with sunbeds, a sofa with armchairs sheltered beneath a gazebo, and an umbrella for shaded relaxation. On one side, a cold-water shower provides refreshment, while a stone structure housing a barbecue and wood oven invites outdoor cooking and convivial gatherings.
