Heating is metered and billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. Late check-in after 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM is available upon request, and check-in later than 11:00 PM must be organized in advance and may require additional fees. A tourist tax of 8,00 euros per person per night applies for the first 4 nights, with children under 12 years of age exempt. Heating in Italy is allowed by law from November 1 to April 1, with some exceptions for extreme weather conditions. Please note that fans are not usable.
