Conveniently located 5 km (3 mi) from Vinci, Italy in the tourist area "Montecatini" and only 44 km (27 mi) from Florence. Il Sole Di Vino is a lovely property with WiFi internet, shared pool and air conditioning. The apartment has been designed with a total of five private apartments. The property can sleep up to 25 guests comfortably.
This is a new complex of 4 Apartments for rent in Vinci, Tuscany.
The property was renovated in 2019 using eco-sustainable materials and aimed at greater energy efficiency (thermal and photovoltaic panels). Each Apartment has a floor-mounted cooling system (this is not air conditioning) which in summer can bring the indoor temperature down to 25 degrees celsius.
Each Apartment offers in the garden a private and equipped outdoor area (a gazebo for each unit).
The owners live in a section of the property and occasionally use the pool.

When you arrive at Il Sole Di Vino you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. Regardless of how you spend your days - shopping, sightseeing, visiting museums or just driving in the countryside, when you arrive home you can relax with your family and friends at the pool for a perfect ending to another day in Tuscany. Also available outside are a barbecue grill and patio. Each apartment has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit property where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.
