The pool is available to guests from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The large terrace on the first floor, accessible from the billiard room and one of the bedrooms, is furnished with deckchairs, tables, and chairs, offering a wonderful elevated space to enjoy the surrounding landscape. A short path climbs through the scenic lavender and rosemary-covered wall and over a small wooden ramp to reach the spectacular pool area, a natural terrace that stretches to the horizon and embraces the lands of the lower Val di Chiana. At its centre lies the stunning non-heated infinity pool, south-facing and equally enchanting by night, where a sophisticated interplay of internal and external lighting creates a magical atmosphere. The pool measures 6 x 13 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, is bordered with ceramic tiles, lined in PVC, and features salt purification. Access to the water is via large steps. Elegant sunbeds and small tables are scattered throughout the surrounding area, which is further enhanced by a lovely wooden gazebo covered in climbing wisteria and roses. The fenced garden of 1,000 square metres that surrounds the house is a sanctuary of peace, where the canopy of tall lime trees and ancient oaks shelters small stone benches perfectly positioned for quiet contemplation of the rolling hills and lake views. Lavender bushes, rose gardens, lemon trees, and colourful seasonal flowers brighten every corner, while winding paths lead through the wider estate, offering opportunities to explore the woodland, vineyards, and olive groves in search of an intimate connection with nature. The non-heated swimming pool occupies a splendid panoramic position overlooking Lake Trasimeno and is situated at a lower level relative to the main house, remaining visible from several of the bedrooms. Rectangular in shape with a graceful semicircular end featuring Roman steps for entry, the pool measures 5 by 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres. It is lined in white PVC, equipped with internal lighting and a salt purification system, and can be covered during the night. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Surrounding the pool, a spacious solarium area, largely laid to grass, provides the ideal setting for sunbathing and relaxation, complete with sunbeds, deckchairs, a gazebo, and an umbrella. A portico with a wood stove, a large table and chairs, a hot and cold water shower, and a small stone building housing a kitchenette, bathroom, and changing room complete this exceptional outdoor leisure area.
