A perfect venue for our family celebration. There was plenty of space, beautiful garden areas. The pool was clean. The kitchen very well equipped as was the laundry room. Plenty of space for us to eat together inside and outside. The owners were quick to respond if we have any issue and we’re very welcoming and pleasant. The location is perfect for visiting key places of interest, It was great to be able to walk to bars and restaurants were the locals were very friendly. We would definitely consider visiting again.

Beautiful, especially the gardens which are completely private. Everything was fine. You approach the property through security gates at the bottom of the garden, where there's a driveway to a parking area. Didn't use the pool - too cold for us. Wife managed to lock us out and the host was happy to come let us back into the villa. Very peaceful & tranquil. Wish we had longer! A stunning tuscan paradise! If coming from Pisa, when you take the left hand slip road after the final bridge just BEFORE marginone, take the next right, then the next right. You will see signs for Casa Fontanino.
