Excellent place. The apartments are located so that the sun almost never shines directly through the windows, there is no heat, while it is very light and comfortable. The beach is very close. There is a patisserie and many restaurants nearby. Opposite is also a park with playgrounds. It is very convenient that the house has underground parking. The apartments have everything you need. The kitchen is excellently equipped. Very friendly, responsive and caring owner. We will gladly come again.

Pictures and description on site can’t explain the quality, or cleanliness, in detail. The villa, location and service where fantastic, as was the hospitality of the owner. Great restaurant across the road and many other convenience stores in walking distance. Cavriglia is well situated for visiting places and of course wine tasting. One of the best holidays had, mostly thanks to the host/owner , the villa and amazing pool (essential during the heatwave)! Thank you and see you again. We want to come back, we miss Patrizia and the villa!

This was the best place to stay in all of the region. The location was perfect for a base while we toured the Tuscany area. It was so nice, private, spacious, well kept indoors and outdoors. We loved the kitchen as we made a few meals while staying here. Once we came back from touring, we took advantage of the beautiful outdoor property and amenities. The scenery was so calming. The hosing family was so kind. I used my goggle translator as we do not speak Italian and they do not English. It worked well for us. We would love to stay here again when we visit this area. I highly recommend you give this place a visit. We can't say enough about how much we really enjoyed this home.
