Review Details:

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus und Außenanlagen. Wunderschöne Aussicht vom Pool, der häufig sauber gemacht wurde. Wir waren 2 Familien mit insgesamt 8 Personen und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Vor allem die Nähe zum Ort Poppi und die tolle Bar direkt um die Ecke hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Tolle Weingüter in der Nähe und auch nach Arezzo und Florenz ist es nicht weit. Super nette Vermieter. Vielen Dank. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Very nice and well-kept house and grounds. Beautiful views from the pool which was cleaned frequently. We were 2 families with a total of 8 people and we really enjoyed it. We particularly liked the proximity to Poppi and the great bar right around the corner. Great wineries nearby and it's not far to Arezzo and Florence. Super nice landlord. Thank you.

Review Details:

Het huisje is klein maar biedt de nodige accommodatie . Er is een mooi terrasje voor het huis waar je goed beschermd zit tegen de wind. Er wordt vermeld dat er airco is en ik had specifiek gevraagd aan Easy Reserve of er airco in de 2 slaapkamers was, waarop bevestigend werd geantwoord. Dit klopt NIET. Er is een ( ontoereikende) airco in de kleine gang tussen de slaapkamers en de huiskamer, maar deze heeft geen enkel effect, noch in de slaapkamers, noch in de huiskamer. Er is een groot , onverwarmd, zwembad met veel ruimte en ligzetels. Heel mooi gelegen, wat hogerop en toch een eindje van het huis zelf. Wij hadden jammer genoeg ontzettend veel last gehad van dazen (horsefly) , die het onmogelijk maakten om ongestoord in of rond het zwembad te zijn. Dit was blijkbaar in heel de streek het geval op dat moment. De eigenaars zijn zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam en komen iedere dag het onderhoud van de omgeving doen (planten, vuilzakken, zwembad…). Al bij al hadden we een tof verblijf maar toch met enkele storende elementen.
