Lovely villa, you really need a car as there are not really any restaurants within walking distance from the villa. Sun loungers could be doing with an update, but we really did have a lovely time.

Rustikales, einfaches Häuschen zum Wohlfühlen. Ideal für max 4 Personen. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Küche ist renovationsbedürftig, zumindest sollten die defekten Küchengeräte ausgetauscht werden (kleiner Ofen schliesst nicht, Wasserkocher, Wasserhahn). Aber die Lage, der Poolbereich und das toskanische Flair haben uns über diese kleinen Mängel hinwegsehen lassen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und schöne Tage in der Preselle geniessen können. Der Weg zum Häuschen ist nicht asphaltiert und hat ziemliche Löcher, deshalb braucht man einen geeigneten Wagen. Alles ist in der Nähe, Restaurants, Meer, Sehenswürdigkeiten. Wir würden es wieder buchen. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A rustic, simple, and cozy cottage. Ideal for up to 4 people. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is in need of renovation—or at least the faulty appliances should be replaced (the small oven doesn't close properly; the kettle and faucet were issues). However, the location, the pool area, and the Tuscan charm made it easy to overlook these minor flaws. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed some lovely days in Preselle. The access road to the cottage is unpaved and has significant potholes, so a suitable vehicle is required. Everything is close by—restaurants, the sea, and places of interest. We would book it again.

Das Anwesen ist wirklich super zum Relaxen, der Pool schön groß und sauber. Die Besitzer bzw. Mitarbeiter dort sind ausgesprochen feundlich und hilfsbereit. Ein Kritikpunkt ist in unserem Fall das separat stehende Haus, welches für 2 Personen zu klein ist und keinen Mückenschutz am Fenster hat. Außerdem gibt es dadurch nachts störende Geräusche, wenn der Boiler an geht oder der Kühlschrank brummt. Es ist eben nur ein Raum. Wir würden wieder hin fahren, nur dann die größeren Appartments buchen. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The property is truly great for relaxing, and the pool is nice, large, and clean. The owners and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. One point of criticism in our case concerns the separate cottage: it is too small for two people and lacks mosquito screens on the windows. Additionally, there are disturbing noises at night—such as the water heater kicking in or the refrigerator humming—since it is just a single room. We would return, but next time we would book one of the larger apartments.
