Great apartment, plenty of room. It was nice to have our own space but to be close to everything. It was about 1/2 hour walk to the center of town. Owners were moving out when we were there so there was still some of their stuff there, kind of felt like we were staying in someone else's house, not a "rental" property.

Wir durften traumhafte Ferien in einem wundervollen Haus verbringen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit und hat dafür gesorgt, dass es uns an nichts fehlte. Das Haus ist toll gelegen, der Blick ist phantastisch und alles ist sehr sauber und ordentlich bzw. auch vbon guter Bausubstanz. Wikr waren eine Woche dort mit Freunden (12 Erwachsene und 8 Kinder) und es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet, das Grundstück sehr gepflegt und die Ausgangslage für eine Toskanareise perfekt. Wir haben auch die Bahn genutzt für Ausflüge nach Florenz und Luca und das war sehr angenehm. Wir können die Villa Le Ferrette also zu 100% weiterempfehlen und sagen danke für diese tolle Zeit in Montecatini.
