Review Details:
The location is really nice on top of a hill and close to interesting small towns. The pool area is very fine too. The house is also nice, but need update of bathroom with many damages and it was impossible to sleep in the first floor room under the roof. we really would have appreciated a/c.

The property is situated near San Gimignano, Siena and Florence. This was perfect. The owner was very friendly and communicates in English. The property was very basic, the kitchen and bathroom were of very low quality.

A beautiful villa with stunning views in a lovely part of Italy. Very well equipped and lovely pool. Only downside is the very steep approach road to the villa with hairpin bends and a very bumpy gravel path. Challenging at night time.
