[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] A rustic, simple, and cozy cottage. Ideal for up to 4 people. Everything was very clean. The kitchen is in need of renovation—or at least the faulty appliances should be replaced (the small oven doesn't close properly; the kettle and faucet were issues). However, the location, the pool area, and the Tuscan charm made it easy to overlook these minor flaws. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed some lovely days in Preselle. The access road to the cottage is unpaved and has significant potholes, so a suitable vehicle is required. Everything is close by—restaurants, the sea, and places of interest. We would book it again.

[English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] The property is truly great for relaxing, and the pool is nice, large, and clean. The owners and staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. One point of criticism in our case concerns the separate cottage: it is too small for two people and lacks mosquito screens on the windows. Additionally, there are disturbing noises at night—such as the water heater kicking in or the refrigerator humming—since it is just a single room. We would return, but next time we would book one of the larger apartments.

I can’t say enough good things about Palazzo Rosadi. It was magical! I have stayed in other villas in the area and I can tell you firsthand that the location and views were spectacular. The villa itself combined Old world charm and modern convenience. Our host Rosado was so accommodating he made all feel at home. We had excellent chefs that came in to cook some delicious meals for us, the pool was so relaxing plus the weather spectacular! I wish I had booked it for longer!

We’d a fantastic stay at Poggio Falcone. The house is stunning in a calm environment still close to villages with shops and restaurants and a short drive to several medieval towns like Montepulciano and Castiglione del Lago. The restaurant in the property area is well worth to utilize, also being managed by the family. All very nice, friendly and welcoming. We look forward to future stays as base to continue explore the beautiful area.
