The property is one of the most incredible places where we have stayed while we were in Italy with a very nice swimming pool and garden. It is very centraly situated and the very efficient and friendly Reception staff will give you lots of nearby places to visit and how to get there. The staff all speak very good English. Also try out the Restaurant as they make really nice food and the menu changes daily. Bring Mosquito repellent.

We had a delightful week at Casale Rosanna, the villa was well appointed, quiet with wonderful views of the surrounding country side. Dante and Rosanna were able to show us how the electircal appliances worked in the villa and had all the necessary details written in English for us, so not having any language in common was not a problem. We loved the space in the villa, the pool, the proximity to San Gimignano; we walked there one day. A few suggestions would be to update the linen, provide WIFI access, and improve the signage to the villa. Otherwise we would recommend the villa to any one.

Very nice, a cottage right in the middle of the vineyards and olive trees. The employees are very helpfull and friendly. The restaurant is worth a recommandation. It's a perfect location to visit cities like Siena, Pisa and Firenze from here.

Our stay at Villa Fabbroni was one of the best vacations ever taken! The apartments are spacious and comfortable. The restaurant is run by one of Tuscany's best chefs (Sergio) and the food is made with love, from fresh local ingredients. The grounds are very nice with plenty of solitude. Hiking trails abound. The hosts, Stefano and Sergio are some of the nicest and most accommodating innkeepers we've ever encountered. We highly recommend the Tuscan cooking class with Sergio and Stefano; it is not to be missed!
