DO NOT BOOK THIS Agriturismo!! We decided on this apartment as it offered Air Conditioning in the bedrooms which is essential to us as our daughter is chronic asthmatic and must sleep in a cool room. When we arrived we found that there was in fact no air conditioning at all! The owner blamed the booking agency but even on his own web site it offers air conditioning!! The owner took 3 days to deliver a very small fan - about 6" diameter and said that was the best he could do!! It was impossible to keep the windows open at night as it was so noisy from nearby bar and sports field. Holiday from Hell!!

zeer mooie regio van Toscane, prachtig uitzicht, mooi ingericht appartement,klein zwembad, niet voldoende ligzetels,de tuinmeubels van Rosa Di Sera geven amper privacy.
Geslaagde vakantie maar prijs/kwaliteit kan beter.

The villa and its location are excellent.Amenities are fine, particularly the swimming pool; great for a family with children. The owners are friendly and helpful, but were not aware that we had agreed evening cooking for the duration of our stay. However, they were able to remedy this. The air conditioning did not function properly upon arrival, but this too was remedied. All in all, our family (8 adults, 5 children) is looking back on a great holiday in Villa Roncovisi.
