Nice 'rustic' apartment to the side of the palazzo. Great location - within easy reach of Lake Trasimeno, Montepulciano, Cortona, Arezzo, Florence... Lots to see and do in the local area and easy to find from the A1. The swimming pool is lovely and big, and the grounds are lovely with gorgeous views.
Kitchen facilities are basic but perfectly useable, the living room is nice and big, the two bedrooms comfortable, and there is a third walk-through bedroom/living room which we used as a playroom for the kids.
No TV (shock, horror for the kids) but with such a lovely pool and location, who cares?

We spent a lot of time reviewing villas in Tuscany to meet our holiday requirements. We wanted a place that was very handy to a local village (so as not to drive after sampling lovely Italian wine), had to have a lovely swimming pool, and that beautiful, old style rustic feel. Villa Podernovo met all of our requirements. The village is certainly not touristy but has a nice restaurant, supermarket and excellent wine shop with a very knowledgeable and friendly host/owner. Unfortunately we were there during the coldest May in 80 years and did not get to enjoy the swimming pool. We stayed in the Mansarda apartment in the attic which was very lovely with stone floors, a great bathroom and adequate cooking facilities. After travelling for 2 weeks we really enjoyed being able to cook our own food. Due to the unseasonal weather the apartment was a little cold initially, however when we asked to get the heating turned on, it was not a problem. From that experience it seemed that if you needed anything, you only needed to ask and it wasn't a problem. The setting is very romantic and we would love to return.

Alles in Ordnung und sauber!!! Auch die Bettwäsche sehr sauber und angenehm. Ein sehr schöner Ort zum Entspannen und tollem Panoramablick. Auch der Pool war sehr schön. Einzig störend waren manchmal die vorbeifahrenden Motorräder.

Beautifull house with well kept garden. Pierina is very friendly and respects the privacy of her guests. One of the nicest houses we have been to in our 10 years of experience in Italy. Location is ideal for visits to Siena, Arezzo, Perugia and Firenze.

We stayed at Agriturismo S.Agata for one week. We had Walter app, wich was nice, but with his minuses also. We had dinner night with all the tourists and family, they cooked pizza for us. We even could watch how the pizza was made. What we didn't like at all was that we payed for final cleaning but it wasn't clean from the biggining. There was a lot of dust and spider webs. The language is also a problem. There is only one girl who speaks english but we couldn't find her everytime we needed so we had to make it on our own.
They have a pool but we couldn't enjoy it because of the bees and other flying insects.
The villa it's placed on the top of a hill, with an unmade road, so the access it's not the easiest.
Otherwise, the landscape it's beautiful and the price it's fair enough.
