Casa Rosa is a charming villa situated in pleasant surroundings, just a few minutes’ drive from Lucca. Overall I found it to be a well-kept and clean property. During our stay we enjoyed the large garden and the pool area which is equipped with sun beds. In front of the house there is a porch with a shaded table offering seats for all guests.

The house has a genuine and high standard and is very charming. It is beautifully situated with San Gimignano in view, it is also very conveniently situated in the heart of Tuscany. The owners are most hospitable and helpfull in every way. We had a really great stay at Villa Treppie di Sopra.

We had an amazing time,the Villa exceeded our expectations.The photos don't fully convey the great facility,pool and surrounding country side.We did day trips into Florence on the train,only 30 min.We had a rented car which allowed fo day trips to Venice,Pizza. Sienna and others.
We were 3 couples lots of space and we cooked many of our evening meals in a great kitchen.
Rita arranged for a Chef to come in and cook a Tuscan dinner for us which was wonderful.
Rita the owner is special and lots of fun

La proprietà ed estremamente confortevole. Ha tutti i comfort necessari. Molto ben conservato. I proprietari sono molto gentile e attento.
L'accesso e le istruzioni sono veramente facile arrivare alla proprietà.
L'unico lato negativo di immobili Orietta II e il bagno. Non ha box per la doccia e ottiene descomodo.

Kitchen is very small, as the whole kit (sink, oven, cupboards) is in a big cabinet
it is almost impossible to eat in the kitchen, but there is also a table outside. I think that the kitchen layout should be reviewed.
