Palazzo Pretorio, Cutigliano
We've already discussed skiing in Abetone while in Tuscany but another good option are the Doganaccia ski slopes at Cutigliano. The resort is located in the Municipality of Cutigliano in Pistoia and it stretches along nearly 10 kilometres of downhill slopes. While there are fewer kilometres to ski by comparison to Abetone, there is a really good balance of slopes for beginners and kids and those for expert skiers. There are also options for those who can't, or don't want to, ski at all. Basically, the slopes of Dognaccia are great for involving everyone in the group or for ensuring that the whole family has fun. All you need to do is find a vacation rental in Pistoia and then you can spend a few days out on the slopes!     Read More

In total, there are 54km of slopes and 21 ski lifts.
