To finish off our series on the best Christmas market in Tuscany, we have found a few more around the region that you won't want to miss if you have found a luxury villa in Florence and are exploring the region.
The first of these is in the beautiful town of Lucca. Lucca's Piazza Napoleone will be taken over for the Christmas period and, from the 3rd of December 2016 until the 8th of January 2017, it will be occupied by a hawkers market. In addition to these stalls selling all sorts of food, drinks and bits and pieces, there will be an ice skating rink to enjoy. Surely a magical experience that the whole group will love.

Moving to Massa Carrara, there are many different events taking place as part of their “Un Natale Da Vivere” (A Christmas to Live) celebrations. This festival opens on the 27th of December 2016 and remains open until the 6th of January 2017 and entails Christmas markets, a skating rink, events for children, concerts and the construction of Santa's house, elves in the forest and a factory of toys. This one promises to be really fun and packed full of things to see and do!
If you're looking for something smaller and more intimate, the tiny village of Bagno di Gavorrano will also host a Christmas market on the 17th and 18th of December 2016 where you can get your dose of Christmas music and twinkling lights, alongside the opportunity to try out some local delicacies and culinary delights.
