There are lots of cultural spots of interest near the starting point of this bridged path of Pistoia including the museum of sacred art and the eco-museum of the Pistoia Mountains.
This path leads into Via delle Corti, past a theatre, tabernacle and arch before winding along until reaching the Castruccio bridge. This is a bridge worth stopping to look at as it even has its own picnic area underneath beside the tricking stream it crosses.
Tourists can enjoy stunning views of the Lima valley from this single arched ten metre high bridge before walking on to arrive shortly at Piteglio.
