The apartment we are looking at today is Vicolo Del Canneto, a second floor apartment located in a historic building in the city center. This one bedroom, one bathroom apartment is perfect for a couple traveling to Tuscany but it can accommodate up to four people with a sofa bed. The large living/dining room is a great social space if you are traveling with kids or friends. The kitchen is equipped with a four burner range, oven, and freezer. The apartment is beautifully and comfortably furnished, with a blend of modern and antique. The bathroom has a WC and bidet, with a glass shower cubicle.

From Vicolo Del Canneto you are within walking distance of many of the tourist attractions that a first time visitor to Florence simply must see. You will be a mere 150m away from the famous Ponte Vecchio, well known for the shops that line the beautiful medieval bridge and the only bridge that survived WWII. You will enjoy a view of the Lungarni (the path that follows the Arno rivier) as well as the Uffizi Museum. The Piazza Duomo is about a kilometer away where you can see the famous Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore, Giotto's Bell Tower, the Gates of Paradise at the Baptistery and much more. You will be centrally located and within walking distance of most of the Old Town of Florence.
There is a lift in the apartment building, as well as maid service on request. Facilities available for the guests include: Gas heating, air conditioning, washing machine, iron, and hair dryer. From the apartment there is a public car park about 150m away. Shops, grocers, restaurants and bars are close by, as well as only a kilometer from the rail station.
