The three bedroom apartment in the Via Della Stella (Montepulciano 850) has a large living room with a gorgeous open fireplace. The unit also has a well equipped kitchen, with both an oven and a dishwasher. There are two double bedrooms; both have a bathroom with shower, bidet and WC. The apartment also has one bedroom with two single beds and has its own bathroom as well. There is also a double sofa bed in the living room to accommodate more people if necessary. Outside of the unit a private area is set aside for the guests that sits under the holm oaks on the property. Montepulciano
The city of Montepulciano has a lot to offer you during your stay as well. Its a great place to take wine tours and sample some of the local flavors, most notably the Vino Nobile di Montepulciano.
If you are looking to purchase some wine be sure to find the actual name "Vino Nobile di Montepulciano", as there are other wines made from the Montepulciano grape that are not the same thing.
One of the churches that is a simple Must See while in Montepulciano is the white travertine Sanctuary of the Madonna di San Biagio. Its soaring dome is a great contrast to the green hills that surround it and its two bell towers.
