The property is beautiful and the location near Cortona is fabulous. We had a wonderful time. The villa is even better than the pictures and it's a very large property. The owners were very nice and in spite of the fact they spoke Italian, went out of their way to make sure our stay was perfect.

We had great days at Monte Cavallo in a wonderfull house which is extraordinarilly furnished and makes the stay very comfortable in each regard.
The kitchen is exellent equipped.
The last part of the road to the house is a little bit difficult and we recommend not to use a lowlying car.
The owner and the manager are very kind an unkomplicated.
We very much can recommend this house.

We could not have been more pleased! Villa Flora is absolutely spectacular! It is very comfortable with all the amenities we could possibly need. We vacationed as a family of 11 - 7 adults and 4 children, with 3 being under age 5. The ping pong table and foos-ball table were great fun when the weather was not conducive for swimming. Roberto and Flora, the owners, made us feel at home and were immediately available if we needed anything - from local restaurant recommendations to rail station travel. They supplied us with their wine from their own vineyard as well as olive oil! We had them come to teach us Tuscan cooking and served an absolutely phenomenal 4 course dinner, including wild boar from their own property. The views of the Tuscan hills from the front yard were just spectacular while dining outside or enjoying the jacuzzi. Our stay could not have been more enjoyable!!

Fienile is a comfortable property situation on a beautiful estate with wonderful views. The accommodation was clean and comfortable (except the mattress and pillows which were uncomfortably firm). The people in reception were friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property

Villa Albeste is ideally situated in Toscana and the views of San Gimignano from the Villa are absolutely stunning. It is a beautifully well kept Villa with plenty of space for our family of four Adults. The owners were very friendly, accommodating and we have no complaints. We were even left fresh figs and peaches from their farm after the weekly clean of the Villa. The pool is cleaned daily so it is always clean and the furniture, beds etc. in the Villa are very comfortable. It is well equipped for home cooking with a local supermarket close by for the purchase of Toscana produce. We really had a most enjoyable stay at this property.

What a gem. This villa is perfect for those that want a base to visit Tuscany especially if you have a car. The owners Gabriele and Lucia are very warm and welcoming. We had Lucia prepare a evening meal for us which was just superb. The location of the Villa is perfect being just minutes from a fairly large town of Poggibonsi that has all your shopping and transport needs and yet with the villa being nestled on a hill over looking Poggibonsi amongst olive and grape farms it provides a very tranquil setting giving you the feeling you are miles away from everything. There is a railway station in Poggibonsi with rail connections to Florence and Sienna. Buses also run from the town places like beautiful San Gimignano. There is a large PAM Supermarket about 3km from the villa which can cater for all your food and drink requirements. The only minor criticism I would make is that you need to supply items such as dishwashing detergent, kitchen cloth/scourer, toilet paper, garbage bags etc all those things that are usually included. Otherwise the perfect place in a perfect location.
