The accommodation is split in two units, each opening on to the large and fenced garden, with a lovely pergola ideal for outdoor meals. The annex also benefits of a beautiful built-in barbecue which will liven up your summer evenings.
Starting from the 2020 season, the villa will feature a fenced swimming-pool.
After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a beautiful clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a splendid vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. Villa Clara is a typical 18th Century Manor villa with its own small formal park and chapel, at the centre of an estate with farmhouses where the farmers looking after the winery used to live. The rental of the property, together with the one of Casa Rosa, located on the same estate, offers the possibility for larger groups, up to 32 guests, to vacation together. The helpful caretakers live on the estate in a separate apartment and are available to arrange cooking services for their guests.
