Large Tuscan farmhouse dating back to the 15trh century built on the ruins of an ancient convent of the year 1200. This property with a charming inner courtyard, is situated in quiet and panoramic location on a large 100-hectare estate producing olive oil and wine.
This villa has been tastefully restored preserving its original architectural features and ancient materials such as the beautiful terracotta-tiles floors and beamed ceilings and has been converted into a welcoming country-side residence. The interiors are tastefully furnished with some antique pieces.
Outside, guests can enjoy use of a nice garden with a private pool.
The access to the property is via an upaved but well-maintained road of approx. 1,5 km.

You will find Podere San Bono in a panoramic position overlooking fine vineyards, olive groves and woods, just a few km from Torrita di Siena and Montepulciano, in the Valdorcia. Both towns are for sure destinations of artistic, historical, architectural and gastronomic interest. If you love good wine, or wish to discover it, you certainly cannot miss the appointment with the Nobile di Montepulciano. Casa Clementina is a newly built villa situated in the small village of Santa Maria just outside the characteristic town of Lucignano. Lucignano has very ancient origins dating back to Etruscan times and you should not miss a visit, even if only to admire its unique elliptical walls, which are still intact. Today in Lucignano you can experience the quiet life of a country village that still maintains the oldest Tuscan farming traditions.
From Casa Clementina you will reach the village in a short walk, and it will only take a single evening's sight of the facades of its ancient buildings, its small squares and its stone alleyways to make you fall in love with this charming little village suspended in time.
In Lucignano, as well as good restaurants which you will definitely visit more than once to taste the local cuisine and excellent wines, you can do your shopping in small, typical village shops. Supermarkets and all services can be found in Sinalunga, about 5 km away.

Casa Rosada is situated in the countryside of the southern Valdichiana, just a stone's throw from Lucignano, a characteristic medieval village that still retains its original elliptical walls. Lucignano is a 15-minute walk away, up to the magnificent Porta San Giusto which gives access to its stone alleyways, where you can spend lazy summer evenings in typical restaurants and bars, enjoying a good dinner of Chianina beef and local red wine.
It is impossible not to fall in love with Lucignano, a small jewel, a treasure chest enclosed within its ancient and mighty walls, with historic buildings, the Civic Museum, small squares and churches.

Description
In 1996 we moved to the Crete Senesi and we fell in love with this farmhouse Etruscan origins, medieval mill, peace and tranquillity. That’s why we decided to share it with our guests and their four-legged friends.
The farm keeps the whole family busy: Alessandro (biologist, nature guide and Sommelier), Elisa who looks after the administration, Mauro and Paola, retired but full time busy on the farm. And we hope that in the future even Emma and Guido will give us a helping hand.
We produce vegetables and fruit, olive oil and truffles from organic agriculture.
For our guests we organize a rich programme of initiatives discovering the colours and flavours of the Crete, wine tasting in our cosy winery and excursions by bike guided by Alessandro who is fond of cycling.
