Vacation rental Borgo Casa Di Lappi is a beautiful property that includes shared pool and air conditioning. The country resort has been designed with a total of seven separate units. The property can sleep up to 30 people comfortably in 12 bedrooms with eight bathrooms. Conveniently located 630 m (2059 ft) from Casalappi, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 105 km (65 mi) from Pisa.
The property is composed of 5 buildings for a total of 40 apartments (120 people), but just 7 of them are directly managed by us.

When you arrive you’ll find a nice clean well-maintained property ideal for a splendid holiday in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of sightseeing. Outdoors you will also find a barbecue grill, tennis court and patio. Each unit has its own private living area with a kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery, a bedroom and bathroom. Many people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit property where they can spend time together in the common areas, such as the pool or garden, but still have their own private living quarters.

This elegant villa offers a gorgeous panorama over this exclusive landscape and permits to easily reach all the places that are featuring the historical, natural and gastronomical characteristics of this wonderful locality in Tuscany.
Villa Dei Cipressi offers a spacious garden for the outdoors days which enhances your summer feasts. This special position allows tourists who stay there to take walks in the countryside but at the same time easy access to the beaches of the Carboniferous, and the park Mortelliccio Sterpaia, yet little affected by crowding the bathing establishments.
It also offers interesting ideas for activities of fishing, to horseback riding or biking.
The villa is surrounded by about 2000 olive trees, many of which are secular: the farm is located in which it is producing biologic extra-virgin olive oil which you can perform on-site tastings.

Description
Fantastic apartment for 4 people on the sea in San Vincenzo, in Livorno province (Tuscan coast). It is located in a stately old building subdivided into 4 apartments. The apartment occupies the lower ground floor (6 steps down), so it stays at a pleasant temperature even on the hottest days. The living room has French doors that face a small pocket terrace at the back of the house, which is also where the parking lot is; the bedrooms have high windows.
Outside, there is a private terrace with direct access to the beach, where there is a beach club (with bar and restaurant) as well as a free access beach.
Casa Riva guests have use of an umbrella and two sun loungers at the beach club below: this service is free of charge, but only available when the beach club is open (the season usually runs from the beginning of June to the end of September). The town of San Vincenzo offers shops of all kinds and excellent restaurants just steps away from the apartment, and there is a supermarket 150 meters away. In the area there are important places of interest to visit such as Bolgheri, Castagneto Carducci, Monteverdi Marittimo, and the Gulf of Baratti. The port of Piombino, with daily ferries to Elba Island, is less than 30 km away.
