The property comprises 2 buildings, the main villa and a dependance, together accommodating a maximum of 16 guests across 8 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, with the possibility of hosting up to 2 additional guests.

On the ground floor, guests are welcomed by a spacious kitchen complete with a fireplace, a dedicated dining room also featuring a fireplace, and a large living room with a third fireplace, alongside a guest bathroom. Both the kitchen and the living room open directly onto the loggia with pergola. On the upper floor, the villa offers 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a generously proportioned master suite, each with its own private shower bathroom, as well as a study with a sofa bed. The dependance extends across approximately 250 square metres and is equally distributed across 2 floors. For stays outside the high and peak seasons, shorter rental periods are available on request, with a minimum stay of 3 nights during low season and 4 nights during mid season. Pets are welcome at the property, subject to an additional fee per pet.
