Every day offers a new opportunity to enjoy something different: relax in the panoramic garden, take a refreshing dip in the swimming pool (8x4 meters, 1.20 meters deep, fenced – open from May 1st to September 30th), or engage in exciting matches of volleyball or tennis on the small multi-purpose sports ground (18x9 meters). You can also enjoy table tennis, billiards, or foosball for some friendly competition. Children can play in the children's playground next to the swimming pool. After dinner in the gazebo next to the pool you will be delighted by the sunsets, which offer different lights and colours every day.
You will certainly not be inclined to leave the house, but as there are beautiful towns and cities rich in art nearby, we would advise you not to miss the opportunity to visit them. Torrita di Siena, Montepulciano and Pienza are all within a maximum of 20 km, Siena is 50 km away.

The ground floor comprises a sitting room, a dining room, a kitchen, and a guest bathroom. The first floor features a sitting room, 2 double bedrooms, one of which is fitted with a bed measuring 1.40 metres in width, a bathroom with bathtub, and a twin bedroom with joinable beds and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Annex 2 provides a living area with sofas and a television, with direct access to the pool area, and includes a bathroom with shower. Please note that the existing fireplaces throughout the property are not available for use.
