This wonderful farmhouse is located in a very peaceful area in the hills outside the village of Massarosa, close to the Versilia coast, renowned for its endless coastline with the many famous beach clubs. Villa Il Sogno is a wonderful property on the hills of Versilia, in Tuscany.
Shortly before arriving at the entrance gate you will be amazed by the wonderful sea view that faces you.
An exceptional view that goes from La Spezia to Livorno and in some days even up to Elba and Corsica.
The Villa is accessed via an automatic gate with remote control.
There are two 3 covered parking spaces available and another 2-3 not covered.
In front of the house there is a private swimming pool of 9 x 4 meters and a depth of 1 to 2 meters.
From here, while taking a bath, you can admire the whole coast.
Also, near the pool, there is a gazebo with a dining table, a barbecue and a terrace with electric blind (with remote control) connected to the living room of the house.
The pool area has a sound system (FM radio).
All Villa il Sogno is surrounded by a private garden of over 2000sqm composed of olive and fruit trees.

The villa is a semi-detached house. The other half is also rented and completely divided and private from this one.

We are in Poveromo, a small maritime village in the municipality of Massa characterized by green pine forest and tranquility throughout the year.
The area is bordered by Ronchi (Marina di Massa) and Cinquale (Montignoso), two other locations of the Versilia coast and a few steps from Forte dei Marmi.
In fact, this area makes it an ideal beach holiday, which with all its beaches is only a few minutes on foot or by bicycle.
The house is located 500 meters from the sea in a private road closed by a gate and accessible only by residents that besides the house are four.
Casa Poveromo is the first and it is accessed by a gate for cars (manual).
There are about 1000 square meters of garden completely private and fenced with table and chairs for outdoor dining and a portable barbecue. Also perfect for your dog.
Inside you can park two cars. Garage can not be used as parking.

The whole small valley belongs to the same owner, who has restored both La Damigella and Alisso, the other property on the estate we represent in our program. Alisso is a large farmhouse located on the same estate as La Damigella, and is conveniently located close to the famous beach resorts of Versilia. Since it is less than 10 km from the motorway exit, it is an ideal base for visiting the main Tuscan towns. Clients who rented Alisso in the past have particularly appreciated the beauty and quiet of the estate. The house has been immaculately restored and furnished, and is especially bright and full of light. Its structure makes it ideal for two families who wish to take a holiday together, while maintaining their own privacy.
