When you open our app, you will see that there are three main sections to click through to. The top section is, “Travel Ideas,” which is where our blog articles can be found. This blog has articles about tourist attractions, recipes, travel tips and more from and about Tuscany, Italy, Croatia, France, Greece and Spain. It can be used to help you find a destination or is useful for those who have found a rental and are planning the rest of their holiday.
The next section is, “Search”, where you can browse all of our holiday rentals across the many destinations that we boast, as well as use the advanced search filters in order to help you find exactly what you are looking for no matter when you want to travel, your budget, your desired location, the number of bedrooms required, and other specific needs such as air-conditioning, a swimming pool, pets allowed, and more. Real-time availability and pricing, furthermore, make the whole booking process fast and easy and give you all of the information that you need to make informed choices and find the vacation rental of your dreams.
Until you have made a booking through our app, the other main section that will be on display when you open up the app is, “Customer Reviews”, which displays the reviews of thousands of previous Easy Reserve customers for you to browse and to help you make informed decisions about booking with us. Once you have booked a villa, this section will be replaced with the “My Reservations” section. This is where you will be able to view your previous and upcoming reservations with Easy Reserve and view the status and all of the details about the booking, manage payments, get directions, contact customer care, and more.
At the very bottom of the screen on the app you will also find the, “Contact Us” section, where you can stay in touch with our team of villa experts all throughout the booking process and the holiday itself. This enables all of our customers to contact us through live chat, via email, and by phone, all of which is done through the app itself to allow for the quickest possible responses to all of your queries and to make sure that you have all the answers you may need right at your fingertips.
